Childhood memories of finger licking milk chocolate led to the creation of this chocolate bar. Like us, you probably grew up eating milk chocolate. Whether chocolate buttons taken from mum’s baking stash; a popular brand of chocolate covered wafers, or chocolate covered butterscotch, the joy of that indulgence was a lasting one. Now, all grown up we try to re-live those memories. We call this choc-hood, where childhood meets adulthood! “Let’s take milk chocolate ingredients and add our extra virgin olive oil to see the results” said our adventurous oil maker. So, we did, with sensational results. We believe that chocolate lovers of all ages will love the silky sweet taste that is the result.

 A little about our journey into chocolates…

As foodies we are constantly seeking our next olive oil adventure, and the idea of combining cacao with premium olive oils was born after a tasting of chocolates containing oils, just not olive oil and especially, not premium olive oil. With the desire to taste chocolate made with our own oils, and to experience the sensation of the velvety texture that oils help create, we set forth in 2024 to find local chocolatiers keen to explore and deliver this delicious chocolate. The result is a perfect marriage of flavour and texture. The brains and the taste buds at Lot Eight and the iconic, multi award-winning Baron Hasselhoff’s chocolate emporium have come together to create this delicious treat for chocolate lovers.
