Lot Eight Fisher & Paykel Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lot Eight Fisher & Paykel Extra Virgin Olive Oil….
Kia ora, thank you for your interest in Lot Eight Fisher & Paykel Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This bespoke blend has been made in partnership with luxury New Zealand kitchen appliance brand Fisher & Paykel, created exclusively for guests of their global Experience Centres.
The blend represents New Zealand quality, design, and provenance in recognition of our shared appreciation of
the country’s pioneering innovation and design. Harvested from trees grown in Martinborough, a principal wine and olive-growing region in the Wairarapa region of New Zealand, the unique climate of hot, dry summers and cold, moist winters, impart a distinctive and complex flavour profile.
Our oil maker, Nalini Baruch, has applied her many years of experience and exacting standards to create this blended extra virgin olive oil using the season’s best cold-pressed, olives. An ideal finishing dressing to the chef-prepared dishes featured in Fisher & Paykel’s cooking demonstrations that showcase the precise performance and human-centred design of their kitchen appliances.
Over more than 24 years, Colin and Nalini Baruch of Lot Eight have earned a reputation as tastemakers, developing premium products from the finest New Zealand extra virgin olive oil. Amongst the last few original New Zealand extra virgin olive oil producers still operating from farm to kitchen, Nalini and Colin see themselves as guardians of an ancient product in the new world.
Welcome to the Lot Eight and Fisher & Paykel appliance communities, kia pai tō kai, have a good meal.

USING YOUR LOT EIGHT FISHER & PAYKEL EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Your Lot Eight olive oil has been extracted and bottled with the utmost care. It is perfect
as a dipping oil and will produce a perfect, aroma-filled, finishing touch to warm dishes.
Its dark bottle helps protect your oil from damaging UV light, while drip-free pourers and packaging protect the oils from oxidation.
Note: When you open the bottle for the first time, if it does not pour immediately, replace
the cap and upend the bottle one or two times to “charge” the pourer. Oil should then pour cleanly.
Lot Eight extra virgin olive oils are available in specialty food stores in New Zealand, from the on-line LOT EIGHT store and in the kitchens of leading restaurants.
