Herbs De Provence Olive Oil Suggestions


This Cold pressed herb oil is a homage to locally grown mushrooms and grass-fed lamb that originate from the same area as the olives that form the basis of this oil. Pan fry slices of brown mushroom with this oil, add finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper, knob of butter and drizzle with this oil before serving hot with bread rolls or tossed through freshly cooked pasta. Drizzle over roast meats and baked potatoes before serving. Season with salt and pepper and coat filet of lamb before grilling. Season cooked lamb with the same dressing before serving.
