Reserve Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil Suggestions

 

This is a Full bodied and herbaceous blend with a slight peppery finish. Ideal for all Mediterranean dishes, Lot Eight Reserve Blend goes particularly well with beef, Lamb, rosemary, preserved lemon, marinades and rubs. Drizzle liberally over salads that include spinach, watercress or arugula, goat cheese or blue cheese, feta, toasted walnuts, roasted peppers, and parmesan, fresh tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion, green peppers, eggplant, mushrooms and warm focaccia. Drizzle over, antipasto, risottos, pasta, game meats, soups and stews, or in any recipe that includes tomatoes. Particularly good with tomato-based dishes such as gazpacho, pasta sauces and salsas. Perfect with baked and roasted potatoes, broad beans and zucchini. Use as a bread dip on it’s on or with pomegranate molasses or balsamic vinegar for added interest. Season with rock salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, basil and oregano and edible flowers.
