OIL MAKERS BLEND - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

An ideal Martinborough terrior makes these varieties perfect for early to mid season picking which helps produce this herbaceous oil. A perfect finishing oil.
ARTEMESIA - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Unit: 375 ml. Our single variety Greek olive produces this exceptional oil known for its tropical fruit notes. This is one reason why this oil is the most sought after oil produced in NZ. A history of ‘Best in Class Awards’ puts it in a class of its own and loved not only by devoted followers here but overseas. Bottled only in 375 ml bottles, this oil is great on its own with fresh bread, in dips and Mediterranean salads.
CITRUS - Fusion Olive Oil

Unit: 200 ml The citrus flavours you will taste are achieved by pressing olives with the finest grade and ripe New Zealand citrus. Measured proportions of citrus is fed into the olive press together with the olives which allows a combined malaxing of the olives and citrus. The oil is extracted centrifugally and what results is a fully integrated citrus olive oil. This ensures that we can bring you the taste of real flavours.
DUKKAH - Hazelnuts, Almonds and Pistachios

Unit: 90g. LOT EIGHT Dukkah is made the traditional Middle Eastern way with the same exacting standard of personal care as our extra virgin and fusion oils. We roast the spices, seeds and nuts in small quantities to retain freshness and ensure a delicious batch each time. Traditionally Middle Eastern people enjoyed fresh bread dipped in olive oil and then Dukkah, something which is still practised today. It can also be sprinkled on salads and vegetables or coated on meats and fish to add flavour when pan-frying.
Citrus Marinated Olives

Spicy Marinated Olives

As with the Citrus Olives, the recipe here showcases our spice making skills and the key taste notes come from using fresh spices. Chillies, fresh garlic and LOT EIGHT extra virgin olive oils provide the additional and important taste notes.
